Instagram Analytics
Instagram Statistics
Instagram analytics are more than most people think: Followers, comments and likes. If you keep track of all the metrics you can see in your Instagram account you can improve your results, increase engagement and beat the Instagram algorithm.
Types of statistics offered by Instagram:
- Statistics of Instagram Stories
- General profile statistics
- Statistics of publications in Instagram
How can you find Instagram statistics?
The statistics in Instagram can be obtained in various ways depending on what you want to analyze.
➡️ General statistics of your account activity:
Clicking on the three lines in your Instagram profile at the top right. Then, click on the Statistics section and you will have all the analytics of your account.
➡️ Statistics in Instagram of your publications:
Method A: From your profile select the publication of which you want to see data and statistics and tap the “view statistics” button. You will get the performance of a single publication
Method B: Within the three lines that appear at the top right, select statistics and go to the contents section. Here click on “see all” in news publications. Now you will see all your publications sorted by interactions. Select the one you want to analyze and click on “view statistics”.
➡️ Statistics of your Instagram stories
There are two ways to view your stories depending on whether you want to view the active or past Instagram stories.
Active Stories Statistics: From your profile or from the wall tap your photo and the active stories will appear. Now scroll up and you will see the number of viewers so far and by scrolling to the right you will see the statistics.
Stats from previous Instagram stories (Up to 14 days): Click again on the three lines of your profile. Go to statistics and select “see all” in the stories section. Now you can see all your published stories sorted by publication date. Click on the story you want to get data from and scroll up.
Statistics of all your stories (no time limit): Click on the 3 lines, tap on the archive option, enter and you will see all your stories published so far. Enter and see the statistics sliding up.
It is important that you know that the statistics that Instagram offers you can only be seen if you have two types of account:

Private profiles and profiles that are neither of the above cannot receive your Instagram analytics. Therefore, if you want to activate the Instagram statistics you only have to switch to a company account.
